Car tracker installation

I have asked car tracker to install tracker on my car, we have agreed with terms and condition and I have authorised my Absa Bank to debit a minimum amount of R149 on the 25th of this month. Am leaving on Friday in the morning and tomorrow I will be attending end year function. They promised to come on Monday, they further changed the date on the last minutes to Tuesday which was yesterday. I called them again yesterday I was referred to many different people but with no way forward. I have asked them to cancel it if they are not going to attend my request today. They further asked me to wait for their consultant to call me, that was before 9h00 am. May I kindly request you to intervene on this urgent matter please. I do not want to take a risk and drive Polo Vivo without tracker
