CAR TRACKER INSENSITIVE

my car is written off and i called car tracker on ********** to request the device to be cancelled as I no longer have the car. to my surprise I cannot cancel the contract it either i pay for it until the end of the contract or pay the lump-sum for the remaining months . There are so cruel i will not advise anyone to join car tracker. I am stressed my car is written off and I dont have any car and not planning to buy any car soon as I am under debt review and the insurance will only settle the bank and I am told I have to pay every month for the service I am not receiving due to unforeseen circumstances ...i did not ask for the car to be written off
