Car tracker

i have never in my life delt with such a *********** company as Tracker. 2years ago i bought my vehicle. and was very chaft because of the tracker and i felt very much safe, then the agony started. Every month there was a issue with payment, they just dt not take off the payment on the 25th of each month as arranged. I actualy begged them to take their money but no avsial. Then i cancelled it, just as bad, now i had to beg them to stop taking money, i cancelled and kept getting back until eventually they stopped, the banking fees i would not even get into. Now i have a new car, when i heard we had tracker i immediatly contacted the dealership and tracker to cancel, i was even given a cancellation ref nr. Nothing was done, this is the second month and they still trying to take payment and still costing me banking fees. I will never refer this company, they do not deliver service and very ***********.
