Car tracker don’t take ppl Srs

The lady told me a must call back tomorrow and hang up on me.

I call around 16:00 to tell them the app is not working and my driver is not picking up the fone I need assist.

She said these no one who is working at the customer service for overtime these nothing she can do I must call tomorrow.

How can someone wait for tomorrow while the driver is not answering and the car is no where to be found.

What are we paying for?
