CAR TRACKER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

I wouldn't recommend CAR TRACKER company to anyone. Car tracker doesn't take care of their clients, they only want our money. I was paying CAR TRACKER every month without fail, my account was up to date. My package included panic button and I was advised that panic button would assist me in an event of highjacking. In 2022, I was highjacked twice while pressing panic button but to my surprise, CAR TRACKER, did not deploy their ground force to come and assist me nor give me a call to check if I was safe or why did I press panic button. After couple of days of highjacking, in both incidents, I called them to check why I did not receive the services I have been paying for, but I was sent pillar to post. I sent couple of emails but still my mails are not responded to. I stopped their debit order because I can't spend my hard earned money on the service that is not helpful and now I am blacklisted due to their negligence. I don't mind paying car tracker but they must first give answers as to why they couldn't assist me or even a written apology.
