Car tracker bad service

I have booked an appointment for tracker installations for the 18th of October and my appointment was arranged for 12:00 at multi track in Krugersdorp and I arrived there exactly on time, and when I arrive there they told me that the technician that was suppose to install tracker on my car came around 08:00 n he left, they refer me to the next day, which was on the 19th on my way I got hijacked and they took the car, I reported to the police even in my car insurance they don't wanna pay since tracker was not installed yet, I feel like tracker unconvinced me because they delayed on outing tracker n postpone why would alone come in the morning while my appointment was at 12, I spoke to them but they don't wanna help,I spoke to managers, FARA and GARATH but instead of them helping me they creating stories which doesn't even make sence I have all the correspondences between when the appointment booked n till the last day, how can a car got stollen on the same day of the installations while they unconvinced me on my date of appointment, car tracke don't take the people cirus
