CAR TRACKER ARREARS

I have a tracker with Car track which was in arrears because i was retrenched and they handed me over to their attorneys. Their attorneys offered me a discount to pay R1525 end of January which i did and send the proof of payment that was the agreement and i will start paying my monthly fee which is R253 end of February which i did that pay. They are calling me everyday messaging me even on whatsapp saying i am in arrears when they call everyday i explain SAME query they say that they do see that the money reflects on their account they need to escalate it so the credit note must be done it seems like i am saying the same thing daily ,it is really frustrating to deal with this company i regret having a tracker with them even if i buy another car i will go for another tracker . Now i just got their whatsapp message saying i owe them R3034.57. I AM ENOUGH
