Car tracker are ****mers

I have cancelled the tracker around February and I paid installment for March as well and I spoke with Siphiwe Ngcono and he said my he tracker has been cancelled on his side , but I have been receiving harassing emails , calls and WhatsApp saying that I must car tracker and I cancelled because I do not have the car anymore and I told car tracker I really do not know what to do anymore now
