Car tracker agent are disrespectful

In years I have never been disrespected by agent like this. The call centre agent phoned me and want to sell tracker to me. When I refuse in a very polite way. The agent said I know you are working cause we got your details from your colleague. I ask for the colleague name and agent from tracker said he’s under no obligation to disclose the name of the colleague. I ask the agent about popi act cause they are harassing me and I asked them so many times to remove my details but they refuse.
