Car tracker

I have been waiting for my tracker to be fitted I had a missed appointment on the 22.12.2019 where there guy did not pitch on the T and C it stated that a missed appointment is R600.00 I told them about this and they said that I will not have to pay it and told then that I will not be paying anything they should pay me as they missed the appointment I was giving a new appointment for the 23.12.2019 at 5PM I said I will leave work and take unpaid once again.. they guy turnd up at 4:30 mins you I only just left work and calls me to say he is outside my family let's him in and told him to pull his car as well. I came back out as I wanted to see what he is doing to my car and I was rudely told to go back into my house I ask him what the tracking unit looks like and he told me that I cannot be here and then started locking his car up gave me my key and left and told me he is not going to argue with me. But what did I want to argue about... this is now the second time i lost money for this ***... I am expecting compensation
