Car Track you only have ONE job

In May our armed response had informed us that our house alarm had been triggered, I called car track to find out where my car is. A simple question! Where is my car. The consultant told me she doesn't know as they cannot contact my car and the network is not working! She said it happens all the time.<br> <br> So I ask, why am I paying so much for a company that can't even tell me where my car is during off peak hours? She said they can't help me and there is nothing she can do. Your only job is to know where a car is!<br> <br> She said she would call me back, I have not heard from them to date, almost 2 months later! <br> <br> Then after 6 weeks, I receive an sms from them saying my car is not responsive because it is undergoing mechanical repairs. I WAS DRIVING THE CAR WHEN I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE!<br> <br> Car track cannot even take responsibility for their systems that they have to cook stories about the car under going maintenance. <br> <br> For a tracking company that cannot find a car for TWO months, their systems are useless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.<br> <br> Is your Tracker a Tracker? No, no it is not.<br> <br>
