Car track-worst tracking company to deal with

I had the worst experience with Car Track, the technician was supposed to meet with me at 12pm for our 12 o clock appointment, but never pitched, he calls me at 1.38 saying that he's going be delayed for another hour. I requested for a rescheduled date with the office, they rescheduled for today at 11am, it is now 12.10 and still no sign of Car track. I've lost all my trust in Car Track
