Car track worst track device, Useless , cant pick up my location and inform me my unit is not working!!!!!

I noted my tracking device stopped tracking or picking up location from 21 April 2020, I called on Monday this week to track it, they said the tracker GPS coordinates are not reading , all off a sudden? how ? If i did not call you wouldnt know my tracker is not working, then I call again on Tuesday because you treat people like clowns, after I was told i will receieve a call from Fleet department , NO CALL!!! I call again on Wednesday , I ask for fleet depertment they tell me my device is damaged and needs to be repaired, who damaged it? Im told by the consultant I am liable to pay R600 for repair of the unit , for what becuase it was not working in the first place!!! who borjke it ? What are my monthly premiums for ? I called today to cancel that unit, I will presonally remove that thing off my car before it damages my car battery because now suddenly its out of warranty, I've only had the tracker for one year and its out of warranty ?? where !!! how !!!, ok then the good news, to cancel the tracker I have to pay R1700 cancellation fee !!! I will see you guys in court , my lawyer has dealt with you before. DO NOT MAKE PEOPLE CLOWNS , SOME OF US WENT TO SCHOOL AND WE CAN OUTSMART YOU ANY DAY !!!!!
