Dear Cartrack,

Since your agents seem unable to honour a simple request, let me state this plainly: remove my details from your system immediately.

I have sent several emails asking to be taken off your database, yet the calls and emails continue. This is not only unprofessional — it is a clear violation of the POPIA Act.

If this behaviour continues, I will have no choice but to take this further and publicly highlight the level of harassment and poor service your company is delivering. Social media tends to get quick results, and I’m fully prepared to go that route.

Stop contacting me. Stop harassing me. Your service has been the worst I’ve experienced, and I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
