CAR TRACK WONT STOP HARRASING ME , FOR THERE BAD TRACKING INSTALLION

I bought a vehicle and signed up with car track .

They came and installed , they installed incorrectly and my car keep switching off while driving , I took my car various places and all said that the tracker is causing my computer box and battery to have issues as it wasn’t installed correctly

After the next technician came it seemed as though he didn’t do anything , 5 minutes and he was gone , problem kept on happening .

I phoned in again , explained that I wasn’t happy , and they came to remove the unit .

The technician that removed the unit showed me that it wasn’t installed correctly, then shows me how they did the installation wrong and lazy .

Once the tracker was removed , my car worked fine ,

Agents started bombarding my phone , the more I explained that I don’t feel comfortable paying because the fault was on car tracks side they just kept saying they would escalate and they hnever have . Emails phone calls , harassment , but not once has any manager phoned and tried to resolve this issue .

They now sending me legal documentation but when I respond they ignore me .

I have now seen that there is a case against ULL for this behaviour and I would like to say I am also going to join and submit a complaint , if cartrack doesn’t remove these ridiculous fees , and stop harassing me ,

ULL are ridiculous , the worst tracking company in South Africa
