Car Track Unit failure

My car was ****** and the Cartrack did not recover the vehicle, for 6 months looking for the car and Cartrack company did not assist, fortunately the police found the car.

I sold the car as soon as I recovered it from the police, the tracker somehow was activated again when the new owner was working on the vehicle, that is when Cartarck started billing me again. The new owner was willing to take the tracker on condition that Cartrack assess the unit. CarTrack did not bother to assess the unit despite numerous calls. The vehicle drove to Goerge but your tracker's last known location was Delft, Cape Town. The company did not bother to assess the unit, all you want is money saying the unit is under 3 years.

I feel it is not fair to pay for something that did not help me.
