Car Track unhappy Customer

Very disappointed with Car track technician, that came to remove my track unit from my bakkie last year that was in for repairs at a workshop. Technician just removed in a very unorganized manner cutting through wire to the point that when repairs where complete my vehicle is unable to start. On inspection mechanic found two wire cut. Very disappointed as we do not know where those wire go too.
