CAR TRACK UNAUTHORISED DEBITS!!!!!

I tried to cancel my membership with Car Track in January however they refused to cancel my account. l was being billed and their employees tell you different amounts about cancellation fees. My monthly instalent is R250 and l made arrangements in August 2023 that l can pay my monthly installments. l was offered a discount fee to pay R600 in order to get my account up to date however Car Track failed to debit. They debited R150 again on my account. They again debited an amount of R850 on the 27th of September. l called in today the 2nd of October to query this amount. l was told that l did not make an arrangement. A few hours later l was debited yet another amount of R850. When there is money coming into account CAR TRACK DEBITS ALL THE TIME!!! They inform me that l cannot be refunded because l have never made an arrangement which is not true. This is my rent money and they tell me l cannot be reimbursed. They never respond to emails or messages...all they do is **** people of their hard earned money!!!!
