Car Track Unauthorised Debit orders

Company that does not follow instructions and is only there to debit your account with or without your consent. After a double debit in January by a so called system glitch, I have informed car track to please stop debiting me as I will pay via eft as I cannot afford to be debited twice by their system glitches. Multiple emailed have been sent to them to advise them that the debit order must be cancelled.emails on hand to prove this. This month after paying them on the 12 February via eft they still debit my account today the 14th February which is absolutely frustrating following my discussion with them this morning and my email sent to them yesterday. The accounts department have no regard and have no client ethics.
