car track the worst tracker unit

this must be the worst unit i ever had fitted to a vehicle. my car has a brand new battery and never needed a jump start. the day they fitted this unit the technician told me that my battery is now totally flat. i then asked how come and he rep**** that the unit took all my battery power to charge. i said to him but this is not acceptable. he said dont worry just charge your battery and start the car every four days. once again i said that i dont drive the car that much so this is now very inconvenient. so as he left i charged my battery full. customer service called for a follow up and i told them that im not happy about the unit draining my battery. they said as soon as both is charged it wont be a big problem. so ques what? i have to jump start my car every third day. never had this problem. my other vehicle has netstar and was standing two weeks in lock down and started one time. i would really like this unit to be removed without charges as this is inconvenient from my side and not at fault of my own. jump starting my car can cause very serious damage as its a rotary and need the engine to turn fast and each time the battery goes flat the computer resets.
