Car Track the ****iest service ever

We installed Car Track in our vehicle November 2017 and from that date been struggling with their service. Firstly - I was registered as the main driver since my husband is working abroad and is mostly never home. They took my details and "registered" it to the system. About a month ago they phone my husbands work, and spoke to the office lady informing her that our vehicle's unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, since its not transmitting any data. They never phoned me, not once. My husband phones them from Zambia to inform them they should phone me and he gives them my number. Once again they phone my husbands worksplace in South Africa and they speak to the office lady. My husband came home for his R&R and he phones them telling them that they should remove the unit since they cant even do a simple task as to phone me and arrange that the unit be replaced. So since we have installed it in November of 2017 it has never worked and my vehicle could never be tracked if ******!!!! My vehicle is currently at a mechanical workshop having work done last night, 2018-12-27, Car Track gets a disstress signal from my vehicle since the mechanic is working on the car key module in the vehicle. Yet again they phone my husband's office lady at her home and not me the co-owner of the vehicle. My husband phones me and informs me that Car Track phone his office lady. I then phone Car Track and spoke to a lady, who in the first place did not seem to want to do her job and help me. I told her I please want to speak to someone who wants to help me. They put me through to another call centre agent. I then ask him why they are phone my husband's office lady, instead of me the driver and owner of the vehicle. He informs me that they did phone me. I then ask whats my number they give me a 087 number which is the office number of my husband work place. They dont even have me registered on the system or my contact numbers. So when my vehicle gets ****** or I get highjacked, they are basically going to contact my husband's office lady. Who in the first place does not have a clue what my whereabouts is!!!!! I want Car Track cancelled they are pathetic and utterly useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!
