Car track South Africa are ********

A bunch of ******** parading as a business.i got hijacked and they couldn't recover my car.From the 3rd of January they stopped calling to provide updates and every time I would call for updates,I would get told they will get someone to call me back but no one ever called me back.Eventually on the 7th I managed to get hold of them they then told me I forfieted my car value warranty cz I didn't test the tracking unit but the tracking unit was tested in November 2021 confirmed working Nd also on the 18th December when some work was being done on the car they called and unit was confirmed fine but on the 1st of January 2022 I get hijacked and get told I didn't test my unit in 2020.I didn't get hijacked in 2020,I got hijacked in 2022 a month after and couple of weeks after I tested the unit....If you value your cars especially business ones,don't install car track unit because they won't recover your car and won't stick to your contract agreement
