Car track ****

I called to have thier device tested,Portia answered. I told her i would like to have my decice tested and gave her all the details. The gave me a wrong address to where my car is and I told her that's not where my car is and told her the right address,she then added that my car is at the right address near the initial address. The street name she provided is not even near to wear my car is. She then became silent when asked questions and then later told me that they are using an unupdated map. I asked her to transfer me to the manager,he didn't bother to tell me his name and said that the address doesn't matter they will track the car regardless of the address,i asked him then what is the purpose of testing the device if they can just provide a street name where the car is not there,he insisted that incase of emergency they will track the car.
