Car Track Roadside Assistance - Sibongile & Vinolia

I would like to share a good story about cartrack. i have the highest option which is about R299 (very affordable) i hit a pothole in a rainy wheather and hit two of my left tyres. I had no plan nd my wife and daughter looking at me for aplan. it was 8pm at night in an unfami**** neighborhood, of course safety is a concern.

luckily I remembered that my cartrack option had roadside assistance. i called them. they picked up and explained all their roadside options to me and allowed me to decided what kind of help i needed. a tow truck. (the pick up one).

they arranged it. called me back to tell me that it was on its way (less than 10 minutes, it was here). when it arrived, they called to say that the drive must be in view. they had sent me, his name, phone number, and vehicle licence plate for identification (safety).

we picked up the car and drove off. my wife said im a very resourceful man, always with a plan. what could have ended up a frustrating day, ended quite happily.

we got home safely. i drove into the garage, locked my gate then the pick up only left then.

it gets better. about ten minutes later. there were two ladies that were helping me. one from the service dept and the other from the escalations dept (im not sure) but they were both very hands on. (im sorry i should have wrote this on saturday, now im not sure if their names were Sibongile and Vinolia, i hope im right because they deserve the praise)

as soon as i was about to close my garage (the escalations dept lady) calls to check if im home and that im alright. i confirmed im okay.

ten minutes later when im running a warm bath, i get another call from the service dept lady, asking me the same thing.

i felt flattered. if i could give them money i would. great job to car track! they gave me the best service i have ever received my entire life and at the worst time! thank you a million times. they were quicker than insurance claims.

i recommend anyone to use car track, idk about their vehicle recovery because i havent experienced it (God, i hope not) but if it does happen, i'm they will be just as awesome!
