Car Track R150k warranty claim a ****

I called Car Track on the 17th March to do unit testing and My car got ****** on the 09 August 2023. I called Car Track less than 10 minutes my car was ****** but they still couldn’t recover it. I then put in claim for the R150k recovery warranty. my claim was rejected on the 18th November 2023 stating I did not do frequent unit testing. I then called Car Track to dispute the fact that I did a unit testing, at first the control said that I only called to check position of the car and not unit testing. After I demanded the recording, then control supervisor called that she listened to the recording and I did a unit testing however I did not do it the previous months between December and February. By the was my unit was only installed on the 20th November 2022 and was unit tested after the installation.
