Car Track poor account service

The accounts department. Messing me up..

Account was up to date last month.. this month in October 2025.. I am bring called and told I owe R1004 according to statement..

I look at the statement and see they owed me a credit of R23.50 on the 8 th month.. 9 month they added extra charges.. and end of 8th month debit me R531.00 .. I reversed it.. and then they say I owe them R1004.00

It doesn't make sense at all..

They keep trying to debit me. Extra charges all the time... When I explain they don't understand...
