CAR TRACK - PATHETIC SERVICE

Horrible service from Car track regarding 2 of our vehicles. 2 appointments made telephonically in the last 6 weeks for installation in my daughters car in Cape Town and nobody pitches up!!! sent an e mail and NO RESPONSE.

Called in on Friday and spoke to scheduling department regarding my car in Durban, need the device transferred from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. Was advised Durban scheduling department will contact me, NOBODY DID!!!

Trying to get through to them is an absolute nightmare. Just being transferred from one department to the next but never to the correct one.

I would not advise this service to anyone as they are quick to debit your account but not to take your calls. I am still within my contract or I would have cancelled immediately!!!
