Car track pathetic service

I sold my car on 2023/08/02 I called car track to remove the tracker from the current car and install in my other car. I gave them all the details where the car is and who must be called. The lady said it will be R800.+_ to remove and refit to my other car . If they do not retrieve the tracker in liable to pay +_ R600 for the device. I called every day since to follow up yet nothing has been done .

I was promised now today after how many call cuts they will call me back . Nothing . I refuse to pay for such a terrible service… I will not pay for a lost tracker … I will rather go to court w It’s this bad service from tracker . If this tracker is not removed today from my old car and fitted to my other car I will keep on posting this untill this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.. Car track your service is pathetic to say the least . I will report this to consumer council Maxwell
