Car track PATHETIC

CAR TRACK is a **** ! I have 5 vehicles listed with them NOT A SINGLE vehicle is being tracked . It shows its standing at our workshop YET the vehicles are on the mines in different areas . What is the use of having this system installed if you cant track your vehicles - if you phone in to report the matter - they transfer you from ONE person To the other ALL OF THEM TO NO AVAIL !!!! How can this be a good company ???? Trusting your vehicles in their INCAPABLE HANDS >
