CAR TRACK! OMW THIS COMPANY IS SO UNRELIABLE AND NOT EVEN CONNECTED YET.

Its been a week and my husbands car has still not been fitted with the device. I have taken out the contract for both of us. He has not been contacted at all. I call and call but it makes no deference. If I do get through to the correct department I get cut off. I am not exaggerating if I say I have phoned and tried to get assistance about 20 times. This gets me nowhere. If this is the service I am experiencing before I even get connected, then what will happen in an emergency. I feel obliged to cancel this contract because I dont trust this company at all, but they tie you into a 3 yr contract without telling you. You only find out when you get the documentation.
