Car track not keeping to appointments

<p>I had an appointment with car track to fit my truck with a tracking device for Saturday 28 January 2017. My truck works in Vanderbijlpark so I had to ask the driver to drop the truck in Ennerdale (R1000 diesel used). I waited Saturday nobody came they called me and asked me if it is possible to move the appointment to Sunday. I said unfortunately not because the truck was suppose to be back at work on Sunday afternoon. No Technician came Saturday nor Sunday it is now Tuesday. The Consultant phoned me again today to give a silly excuse. WOW customer service at its best....</p>
