Car track no refund

They double debited me and i logged a refund and tey told me to wait between 7 to 14 days. Well yeah it's been way over 7 to 14 work days and here i am still waiting. When i call everytime i just get your refund is processing. Really is it?? Or are you gonna keep it for the next month after i said i want a refund then you Debit my account again. I know how it works its not the first time
