Car track night mare scheduling department

I have taken out an option of installing cameras on my truck. Everytime, a different person calls me from the scheduling department asking when they can schedule the installations. This was for the initial on the first truck. The rest of the trucks have not been done and no call as yet and its been two months now...its a nightmare to schedule the installation and get it done. Ive been with tracker for years now and have multiple units but this service it horrible
