Car track is trash

Firstly they came out to doninstallation but didnt keep to time promised

After installion the tracker keeps causing my car to die

After numerous times calling end emailing they still havent come out ,

They donsend someone out but he comes at his own time , and as im a technician im not available whole day ,

Inhabe asked them multiple times to come our and remove the tracker , and till now they only email me , no assistance watsoever
