Car Track is the worst fleet management company

Car track is the worst fleet management company I have ever come across.

Since the 23rd of December 2019, my car tracking device has not been working - on the 27th I contacted Car Track in order to schedule a repair but I kept being place on hold for 15mins or being transferred to the relevant departments and the call would hang up. I was told that an email would be sent to the relevant team to contact me in order to schedule time to repair the device - this was not done and as a result, I sent an email to car track on the 31st of December 2019... I still have not been contacted.

I called car track again on the 3rd of Jan 2020 and was placed on hold for several mins and nothing was scheduled.

I have called car track again today and I have been advised that the are experiencing high call volumes.

I entered into a 24/36 months contract with car track and on their most highest priced products yet I am getting the worst service.
