Car track is the worst company ever

I am having the worst experience of my life with cartrack accounts.... so the agreed date for debit is on the 27 of every month, 1st month I call the company before my debit date to inform then to debit on which acc as I was changing accounts, they charge me R59 for changing account. 2nd month which is now October 27 they don't debit me, same day preparing for work in the morning I get an email from cartrack that i owe them additional R59 again on top of R198 which will be R257... this is on the 27 of October in the morning. I get to work and call them to find out why they did not debit me they say it didn't go thru ohk I ask for a link to pay the acc, they don't send it, I live dam be they will call me when they ready, they call eventually on the 4th of Nov, saying I must pay 257 I explain to them all dis I just explained here, they send me link for R198 I pay it Same day.. now they harassing me evry day saying I owe them R59... I want to cancel my contarct with car track I am not ohk anymore I can not continue like this, from R198 to R257 evry month that I did not agree to.
