Bull**** is an understatement when describing this company, firstly a guy called me to sign me up and told me its a month to month policy, I'm only covered when i pay, he then said they will install my tracking device on the date I selected, on the day they did not come and I had to keep calling and they finally came, I was told the person installing the device will help me install the app and give me login details, he came and refused to help me with the app, it then took me 3 weeks to get ahold of them to give me my login details, now i want to cancel my this policy and they telling me i have to pay cancellation for cause its a 36month contract, what the **** is that, i did not sign up for that, i signed up for month to month, 36month contract how is that because im not benefiting from this contract to take my money, its *******, now they saying a lady signed me up and im telling them a man signed me up and now suddenly they change and say that man is not from car track, i can imagine if my car was ****** i was never going to get a pay out nor find my car this company is a ****
