Car track is a complete waste of your time!

Please do not waste your time with this useless company.

I have been hassled for over 2 weeks now for a fitment on my 2nd vehicle. And being put at risk as the insurer doesn't cover for theft If a tracker is not fitted. Was promised fitment last week monday 30/09/2019, but no one shows up. Then after repeated calls to the useless call centre and constantly left on hold for ridiculous amounts of time (minimum 20 Min on hold per call, about 7 phonecalls atleast) I finally got confirmation that it will be done today at 9am, BUT STILL NO ONE ****** SHOWS UP!!!!

Even after an escalation to the CEO, nothing happens and no contact.

I can only imagine how it will be in th instance that something should happen with my vehicle. I will probably on get through to the correct person after the car has been stripped etc..

I would advise anyone to please not waste your time with these *********** people, I will be cancelling my current subscription with them.

Rather go with Tracker or C- tracker.. this company and a its staff is completely useless.
