The promise for a R150 000 recovery warranty is a ****. My car was ****** they couldn’t retrieve it stating that I didn’t do my monthly unit test therefore the device could have been faulty which I did! They will look for any possible loopholes to ditch taking any responsibility on their side. They need to be fair and pay what’s due to me if not I’ll taking this matter to the ombudsman, I wouldn’t recommend car tracker to anyone horrible company.
