Car track is a ****

This is my second review on car track. Today , in the morning I received and email from Cartrack stating that my claim was rejected due to that I only submitted the claim after 32 days after the car was missing. And secondly that I wasn’t checking my device now and then. They state that I submitted the claim on the 27th of march of which that is wrong. My claim (documents) were submitted on the 5th of march 2024. The car was ****** on the 24th of February. They now changing statements and making excuses coz my due date is on the 4th of June. Now it’s time for them to pay up, they now trying to blame me for late submission. I did everything right and according to their terms and conditions now they are the one who are turning things now. Car track is really a **** and I’m definitely sure that I’m not the 1st to say this. I’ll make sure that it’s exposed and known across all South Africa in all social media platforms. Even if I have to take it to national tv I’ll do that. These guys are really a **** and are playing with people.
