Car track horrible

Received an emai to confirm fitment address for de installation, contacted them and I couldn't get a straight answer as to why de installation because I am using the car, July monthly premium went up, August went up again, I called spoke a nonchalant guy who transferred me to a lady who is as care free, still no answer as to why my premiums keep rising, nuisance!
