Car track forcing me their business
My three years contract has expired with car track. I did not renew it and I call to notify them that I won't be renewing it and I was told to write them a letter which I did not write because when I took up a contract with them it was done telephonically and. Now they are harassing me with calls daily telling me that my account is in areas and if I don't pay it will affect my credit score.

27 Oct 2020, 09:49Yesterday on the 26 October 2020 I have received a call from car track and the lady I spoke to apologist for any inconveniences and she said they can cancel this contact over the phone and we did that. She said the matter is settled and they will update their records as such. This morning I get a phone call from car track again. They say I owe them and I must pay or else they will take legal action... The harassment continues and clearly car track don't update their records. They are unprofessional
