CAR TRACK FIX MY DEVICE YOU PROMISED ME SERVICE BUT FAILED TO DO SO YOU BREACHED YOUR OWN CONTRACT !!!

I recently found out via my app that my device was inactive for the past two months. I called into the CAR TRACK call center to report this and find out what might be the problem because i have been paying for no service for this period . Car track is now telling me that i need to pay an amount of R600 to have the technician look at it. That is day light ******* !!! this is not the first time i use a tracking company , since i am renting the device tracking companies would fix it charge free because the device has a warranty why must i pay for such ? CAR TRACK show me a company that does what you are doing . I want my device fixed immediately , and pay yourselves with the money you've been deducting because you guys failed to pick it up on your side that the device is faulty !!!!!! and i am not paying you the R600
