Car Track False Claims Peace of Mind

CartrackZA WORST service I have ever received, you claim 'peace of mind' but you keep a client holding for 9 minutes in an emergency, shameful! Please come and remove my unit immediately! I've only had it for one week and still cannot get a consultant to call me to assist with the 'app' having called 7 times and spoken Control Room. Left a message for their manager on the 24th, spoke to several operators in accounts, left numerous messages for the Accounts Manager. Spoke to her and am still waiting a week later for her to get back to me. She is screening my calls now. Come on this is appalling Cartrac****
