Car Track failed to pay lock smith as road assistance.

Am a member of Car track which include extra services like road assistance including locksmith, last year on the 2nd of December I accidentally locked the car keys inside the car and I called car track for assistance. they arrange for lock smith but just surprised when they said they don't cover for lock smith I must pay for myself and i did pay R950 to the lock smith. Last week a car track consultant called me recruiting me to cover the other cars for road assistance and I asked me what are they cover for road assistance they explain to me to include lock smith and I then tell them my experience of not covered for lock smith she was also surprise cos she knows that it covers, we agreed that she is going to investigate and come back to me but since am still waiting for the feed back . I need car track to pay back my R950.
