Car Track Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I was promised a call with management by consultant Nomathamsanqa Mhlongo. I was left on hold for over an hour, only for the call to be dropped, and she never called back. The level of service and communication has been completely unacceptable. This has been my worst experience with Car Track to date.
