Car track

I have had a bad experience with Car Track although wither for years. I decided to install a dual camera dash came and specifically asked that the came must be mounted on my rear view mirror and not on my windscreen, both the initial sales lady to the scheduling department this wasconfirmed, when the technician arrived he did have this camera but one that fitted onto the windscreen, he further confirmed that Cartrack does not have a rear view mirror mounted camera, this is disappointing, how can all the people I spoke too, not even know their products
