Car Track Driver with horrible attitude on the roa

On the 9th of Feb i was stuck behind a Chevie spark with Cartrack and the driver had caused so much traffic chatting up a girl in Soweto crutse street. Most of us that where behind him hooted to no avial. this man was full of bad attitude and did not care about other road users. I decided to take a photo as i was driving behind him. His registration is CV 36 NC GP. As a result of this incident i now have a bad impression about cartrack and the kinda service they would give judging by this drivers attitude and behavior. i will be sure to advice those in my immediate circles not to do business with this company based on this experience. i do not want a call back from car track i just want them to know the behavior of their stuff stinks.
