Car track does not care!

<p>Just a few minutes ago my car's alarm went off, I was sleeping and it woke me up. Reviewes camera footage and I can see the alarm went off by itself. </p> <p>So I call cartrack to check if the device is FAULTY AGAIN. The robot human I was talking to told me they contacted me on the 21st to tell me that my device is faulty and must be repaired. </p> <p>I never got any comms from them in this regard but that robot just has one thing to say, 'yes sir, they (repairs) contacted you, please call them at 8am'.</p> <p>It seems their device is always faulty 2nd time in less than 6 months, very unreliable. I would never recommend Cartrack to anyone. </p>
