Car track device in my car

I have been calling car track for almost a month and I was given a date for the technician to come in today to repair their device in my car and today I was told that the technician will come at 5pm. The service is so bad and that time I’m paying them every month. I’m very much disappointed because I was supposed to travel today but I postponed for tomorrow in order for them come.
